CHARACTRISTICS
Electronic Hood-Type dishwasher ideal to wash large plates (diam. up to 34 cm.), trays (useful washing height 41 cm.) and glasses. The Hood-Type dishwasher can be installed in-line or corner set up, and integrated with scrapping tables, sinks, etc. With preformed wash tank, independent washing and rinse arms made in stainless steel, “full surface” tray filters, double skinned hood. Washing capacity up to 60 baskets per hour. Automatic filling, safety hood micro-switch, hot rinse, built-in rinse aid dispenser, anti-backflow valve, and tank and boiler temperatures adjustable and checked electronically by the control panel.
